The new Ab Solo™ Core Intensive Training system is said to combine the proven benefits of traditional crunches and medicine ball tosses into a fun and effective exercise method for all ages and conditioning levels.
Ab Solo Core Intensive Training strengthens and conditions the abdominal, oblique and lower back muscles while providing upper body and cardiovascular benefits.
It works by exercisers establishing a controlled crunch movement tossing medicine balls against a target - either ball catch or bounce board - then retrieving or catching and repeating. Training can be made as dynamic and challenging as required by using heavier medicine balls, speeding up the pace, modifying the upper body movements and increasing the number of repetitions.
Each Ab Solo system comes with a set of six medicine balls, ball catch/return and bounce board attachment. The system weighs 326lbs (148.18kg) and the overall extended dimensions are 7ft tall, 9ft long and 2ft wide (2.13m x 2.74m x 0.61m). A set of three Ab Solo machines fits easily into an area less than 90sq ft (27.43sq m).
