Seeking harmony

A facial cleanser infused with 100 per cent plant oils has been launched by Elemental Herbology. The new product, Harmonising Cleanser, has been developed to effectively remove all traces of make-up, leaving the skin clear, clean and supple.

Active ingredients include 5 alpha avocuta, which is derived from avocado and helps inhibit oil secretion by encouraging overactive oil glands to secrete less oil. Raspberry seed – which is rich in omega 3 and 6 – helps reduce redness and inflammation, while camelia flower assists in nourishing, softening and hydrating the skin.

The formula also includes vitamin E-rich argan oil, which helps to replenish dry and sensitive skin; jojoba oil, which helps balance sebum production; and sweet almond, which has a nourishing and soothing effect.

Elemental Herbology recommends Harmonising Cleanser for combination skin, mature but oily skin, and during times of hormonal fluctuation.
