Location and not design, remains the key to the success of hotels according to leading players of the hotel industry. Anthony Harris, chief executive officer of Hilton International said that while he and most hotel managers were very interested in design, it only added value to a business by turning a good hotel into a great hotel. Great hotels will always be great because of their location. You can always change the design but you can't change the location.
