A Wellness Spa is to open in March 2010 as part of Richmond Village's new £60m (68m euro, US$93.8m) Letcombe Regis retirement home.
The new facility will join the flagship Wellness Spa in the Richmond Villages portfolio, which opened within the Richmond Villages Painswick retirement home in late 2008.
The Painswick spa has a total of three treatment rooms as well as a 52.4ft (16m)-length swimming pool, a whirlpool, a gym, a sauna and a hairdressing salon.
Each spa will feature hoists and a range of other equipment in order to enable the less mobile to enjoy the facilities, which are free to residents.
