Thanks to our worldwide presence, our spa partners are able to increase the turnover and profit of their spa and the satisfaction and return of their customers. They can use products that meet all the legal requirements requested by their local health authorities, rely on the supply of the products in their market and receive marketing support with a clear understanding of the idiosyncrasy of each location. Our partners also enjoy customised service, with spa menus adapted to the location of each hotel and their spa customers – including scrubs, Vichy services, wraps, baths, ritualised massages and precious stones – awarding customers with an extraordinary experience that they will be willing to repeat. As a professional brand, we offer training at all levels and customised services, which are crucial for the success of the spa.
Through our exclusive distribution network we can offer continuous training support in all our new treatments and how best to retail our homecare products.

R+D+i and quality have been the drivers of Germaine de Capuccini’s manufacturing. Always at the edge of innovation, we launch more than 40 novelties per year and constantly create seasonal promotional gift sets. Germaine de Capuccini is certified by the Integrated Management System (4G1, including ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001). Production wise, we have voluntarily been certified in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as requested by WHO to the pharmaceutical industry. The company also cares about the environment: our CO Zero certificate recognises our commitment to compensating for unavoidable CO emissions. Germaine de Capuccini categorically rejects animal testing. Organic Ecocert-certified and paraben-free products are available. Sophisticated design and luxurious packaging play a major part in our constant concern for retail success and brand awareness. Logistic and profit wise, we provide worldwide hotel chains with easy solutions for their spas.

Where in the world?
We distribute to more than 500 spas in over 80 countries around the world, including China, Brazil, Russia, Japan and Korea, as well as emerging countries like India.

2011 trade shows
We attend all the relevant trade shows in the countries where we are represented, in addition to international shows such as Cosmoprof Bologna, Cosmoprof Hong Kong, ISPA and Beautyworld Dubai.
