TAC supplies Reservation Assistant Spa &
Activity Software to facilitate all procedures
necessary for successful spa management.
The software provides provable increases
in efficiency by coordinating important
functions such as reservations and billing,
retail and guest relationship management,
voucher management and table reservations,
golf course management, stock control,
package reservations, employee scheduling,
membership management, webshop/online
reservations and mobile loyalty cards. TAC
also offers training as well as so ware
maintenance and 24/7 support.
Reservation Assistant, the Spa & Activity
so ware by TAC, is now accessible by iPads,
allowing spa staff to leave the reception area
and address guests, sell treatments and make
reservations via their iPads.
The complementary RA Dashboard
also allows spa operators to look at key
performance indicators at the touch of a
button, via a ‘cockpit’ comprising small
application windows (widgets). Current
utilisation of treatment rooms and therapists,
turnover gures, top-selling product and guest
origin data can be easily viewed at a glance.
Another feature of Reservation Assistant
is the SMS Notification Service. Spas can
automatically send reservation reminders to
their guests and in this way avoid no-shows.
Digital Signage has also been developed
by TAC – an electronic poster informing
guests about the service portfolio or news at
strategic locations such as the hotel lobby or
spa reception. This modern communication
technology not only helps spas to boost sales
by communicating special offers or available
treatments, but also allows for guest-selfservice
and saves the environment by making
paper posters redundant.
Unique selling points
More than 100 real-time interfaces, such as
interfaces to the accounting system or the
access control system, guarantee a smooth
integration of Reservation Assistant into
various external systems for joint use of data.
Reservation Assistant is available in
different languages, such as Chinese, Russian
and Finnish, and can be purchased, leased or
procured as a so ware-as-a-service solution.
