Parisian skincare brand Anne Semonin has named Katherine Connolly as its global director of retail and spa operations. Connolly joins from ESPA, where she held the role of international business director.

Connolly has 30 years of international experience in beauty, and brings operational and strategic experience to the position. She also previously worked for the Soho House Group, where she was an integral part of the team that developed the Cowshed brand of retail products and stores.

With her new role at Anne Semonin, Connolly will be responsible for developing brand strategy, setting up and managing the sales and training teams, and developing and handling all distributors, spas and concept stores globally.

“We’re delighted to have such a high calibre executive joining our fantastic team,” said Aline Marcadet, Anne Semonin president. “I’m sure Katherine’s presence will greatly strengthen the Anne Semonin brand potential and will help us achieve our aim for the brand to become a significant world player in the cosmetics and spa market over the next years.”

Connolly said: “I’m very excited to be taking on the role of global director of retail and spa operations at Anne Semonin, and to be given the opportunity to develop a change strategy for the brand. Parisian skincare brand Anne Semonin has named Katherine Connolly as its global director of retail and spa operations. Connolly joins from ESPA, where she held the role of international business director.

Connolly has 30 years of international experience in beauty, and brings operational and strategic experience to the position. She also previously worked for the Soho House Group, where she was an integral part of the team that developed the Cowshed brand of retail products and stores.

With her new role at Anne Semonin, Connolly will be responsible for developing brand strategy, setting up and managing the sales and training teams, and developing and handling all distributors, spas and concept stores globally.
