The International Spa Association (ISPA) has formed a partnership with market analysts PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to review ISPA’s studies as well as spa-related research produced by other groups.
As ISPA’s research advisory partner, PwC will offer commentary on the content of independent peer reviews. Global research director at PwC Colin McIheney said: “This new relationship puts research at the heart of quality assurance initiatives.”
