Shangri-La appoints first sustainability manager

Patricia Gallardo has been appointed to the role of area corporate social responsibility and sustainability manager for the Philippines-based properties within the Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts group.

Gallardo’s position is newly created and her portfolio will include Shangri-La’s hotels and spas in Manila and Cebu. She will be responsible for programmes in the Philippines which will potentially be replicated in the rest of the group. Details: shangri-la.com
