TAC|Wrist
self-service machines seamlessly integrate
with the system and dispense RFID
wristbands. The AI Spa Assistant handles
guest inquiries and manages bookings,
changes and cancellations 24/7 via phone
or chat, with real-time access to TAC data.
TAC|Pay, the fully integrated payment
interface, enables fast and secure processing
of one-time and recurring payments as well
as refunds across the entire system. The
dedicated TAC|Pay portal provides clear
transaction overviews, reports and analysis.
