Vagg Flooring has installed Gerflor's Taraflex Dry-Tex System™ at a new sports development at St. Andrew's School in Leatherhead, Surrey.
A vinyl floor, it includes Dry-Tex™, a non-woven material which is applied to the back of Taraflex surface. This allows the surface to be laid as soon as the sub-floor is visibly dry.
Stuart Varndall, MD of Vagg Flooring says: "It normally takes between six and nine months for a sub-floor to dry out to the required level of relative humidity.
But because the Taraflex Dry-Tex System can be laid on floors irrespective of relative humidity levels, the project can be brought to a close much sooner at a lower cost."
