Food-to-go award win for Monty's Bakehouse |

Monty’s Bakehouse has won the Food–to-Go Innovation Award for its hot, posh pastries at the Baking Industry 2007 Awards held in September.
The company's award-winning range includes pizzas, filled pastries and melts, which are all cooked and served in their packaging. Once baked, the packaging opens to make a pocket for holding the snack whilst it is eaten.
Six varieties of filled pastries are available: Lamb and Mince, BBQ Chicken, Pork and Apple, Chicken Balti, Spinach and Ricotta and Chargrilled Vegetables (40 x 110g).
Complementing these are two pizzas - Margherita and Pepperoni - as well as two melts - Cheese and Ham and Three Cheese (24 x 110g).
All are delivered frozen and simply require 20 minutes in an oven before they are ready to serve.
