Initial results from the survey show a few distinct changes from our findings this time last year
– Bobby Griffiths, UKSA general manager
There are just a few days left for spa leaders, managers and spa directors to fill in the UK Spa Association (UKSA) State of the Industry Annual Survey 2025.

The survey has run for three weeks, with the results scheduled to be announced during a talk at the UKSA summer networking event on 30 July at Center Parcs Woburn Forest.

The research results will also be made available to all UKSA members and anyone who contributes to the survey.

Complete the survey here or scan the QR code below.

This questionnaire follows last year’s Spa Industry Snapshot Survey and another Spa Salary Survey. You can read the details revealed in these previous studies here in Spa Business.

The new study forms part of an ongoing body of work by UKSA to support the spa industry through what it says are challenging times. The UKSA’s research will provide spa leaders with industry metrics to inform and enhance operational decisions.

Bobby Griffiths, UKSA general manager, said: “Initial results from the survey show a few distinct changes from our findings this time last year. We believe that by collecting credible data for the UK spa industry, we can help to shape future decisions for the sector and action positive change for all.

“Even on a basic level, these figures should not only be a fascinating comparison of businesses both nationally and regionally, but they should also assist spas in making key operational decisions,” added Griffiths.
