Until to launch high-end workspaces for fitness professionals
POSTED 21 Sep 2021 . BY Tom Walker

A new high-end workspace designed for PTs and wellness professionals will open in London
Called Until, the 8,500sq ft space will include a large gym space and other training spaces
The space will also double up as a private members' club for the professionals
Until has set a target of launching 15 sites across Europe and the US within three years
A new high-end workspace, designed for the use of personal trainers, coaches and other health and wellness professionals, will open in central London in November.

Called Until, the 8,500sq ft space – located within the new Ilona Rose House near Tottenham Court Road Station – includes 3,000sq ft of gym floor space.

There will also be nine treatment rooms, eight coaching rooms, changing rooms and a performance suite. Other specialist areas include podcast studios and private booths for video calls.

The space will also double up as a private members' club for the professionals, housing facilities such as a members' "clubhouse", which professionals can use as a communal area to connect, collaborate and co-work in when they aren't delivering sessions for clients.

Until is the brainchild of investor Vishal Amin and Alex Pellew, a former marketing specialist with Adidas and Nike. At Nike, Pellew led the redesign of Niketown London, driving a series of hybrid, digital and product experiences – most notably Nike+ and NikeID. Pellew is also the former president of parkrun France.

The central London site is the first of many planned by Until.

Pellew said: “We have found that health and wellbeing professionals are great at serving their clients, but all the tasks that go into running a business – marketing, accounting, business admin – that’s often the bit that they struggle with.

"Over time, we will take that work off their plates, so they can focus on what they’re brilliant at: transforming bodies, minds and lives.

“Community will be at the heart of the business, and this is something that’s truly come
to light in wake of a global pandemic.

"By creating our own community and providing them with the services and solutions they need, we’re confident this will contribute to the restoration of the wellness industry."

According to co-founder, Vishal Amin, the brand has an ambitious vision for growth and has set a target of 15 sites across Europe and the US within three years.

“After the W1 launch, we are then rolling out across the City and West London" Amin said.

"These include Victoria, Liverpool Street, London Bridge and Waterloo - our ambition is to have these four London sites live by summer 2022.”
