Organic, light shapes and the comforting feel of natural infrared warmth are an invitation to dream and relax – Christian Sommerhuber
Ceramics manufacturer Sommerhuber has created a new heated ceramic lounger finished with a stylish, smooth and organic aesthetic.
The Lounger One Plus offers a touchless thermal experience to relax users by enveloping them in gentle infrared heat.
The smooth lounger relies on large-scale ergonomic heat-storing ceramics to soothe the body and mind via the autonomic nervous system.
Christian Sommerhuber, CEO, explained that the new model is inspired by chic spa design and reconnecting with nature.
“Organic, light shapes and the comforting feel of natural infrared warmth are an invitation to dream and relax,” he said.
Available in 15 different glazes, the Lounger One Plus can be customised to match its environment and can be upgraded with a USB charging port. The corpus body and the headrest can also be colour-coordinated with the glaze.
The product’s electrically heated ceramic surface is maintenance-free and only includes two transverse joints, making it easy to clean.
An infinitely variable temperature controller allows for a recommended surface temperature of 34°C.
