Celebrating International Women’s Day 2026 at G.M. Collin.
This International Women’s Day, G.M. Collin proudly stands as a powerful example of women-led innovation in the beauty industry. Always synonymous with excellence, the brand is equally committed to empowering strong women who are shaping the future of beauty, not only through the products we create, but through the teams we build and lead.
At G.M. Collin, women don’t just contribute, they lead, innovate, and redefine the future of beauty.
Today, 88% of our team members are women, driving scientific excellence, creativity, and vision across every level of the organization.
Founded by Monique Moreau, an award-winning aesthetician, and Dr. Eugene Lapinet, a renowned Parisian dermatologist, G.M. Collin has always believed that strong women drive strong science. "We strongly believe in women’s talent. Women lead with empathy, vision, and determination, and are transforming the future of beauty,” shared Myriam Sayer, vice president, marketing and operations.
This commitment is reflected across our leadership and teams:
- 80% of our workforce consists of women,
- 90% of our laboratory scientists are women,
Women hold key executive leadership roles, shaping strategic decisions and driving global growth. These numbers don’t just tell a story; they set a benchmark for the beauty industry.
In our laboratories in the heart of Montreal, our mission reaches further: inspiring the next generation of women scientists to dream bigger and push boundaries. “Our work is about inspiring future generations of women scientists and empowering them to transform the beauty industry,” says Vony Nathalie Rakotondrazafy, lab director.
At its core, G.M. Collin is driven by a clear mission: to celebrate women’s unique beauty and empower them with confidence by combining clinical science, results-driven formulations, and luxury to create some of the most potent skincare products on the market. “G.M. Collin empowers aestheticians by providing extensive education to certify they master the treatments and products to ensure their clients receive expert care and results that sparks real confidence,” states Karen Asquith, director of education.
G.M. Collin’s commitment to women extends beyond our walls. Year-round, the brand proudly supports the Mission Inclusion foundation, funding humanitarian projects worldwide that empower women through education and development—because real impact starts with access and opportunity.
This International Women’s Day, G.M. Collin celebrates the strength, resilience, and brilliance of women everywhere, and especially the women who make our brand a global leader. The company honours the women who inspire change, uplift others, and set new standards for the beauty industry, today and for generations to come.
