Expanded role to streamline brand communication across all professional, retail, and international channels
Knesko, the luxury skincare brand renowned for pioneering the fusion of science and spirituality, proudly announces the promotion of Sydney Eger to the newly created role of Global Director of Brand Education & Experience. In her nearly four years with Knesko, Sydney has risen through the ranks, from National Trainer to Director of Education and Lead Esthetician, to the new expanded role. She will streamline brand communication across all professional, retail, and international channels while safeguarding the luxury standards and spiritual integrity that define Knesko.
“Sydney has been instrumental to our growth the last few years. In her new global executive position, she will translate my vision into clear curricula, standards, and rhythms of execution,” said Lejla Cas, Founder and President of Knesko. “This role is central to how we show up consistently, credibly, and at a luxury standard globally—across treatments, retail engagement, merchandising, events, and digital touchpoints.”
For Sydney, the connection to Knesko’s philosophy runs deep. “Skincare is in my blood. My mother is an esthetician, so I grew up immersed in how to support healthy skin,” she shared. “Growing up as a dancer, wellness was always a priority for me. The two pillars of wellness and skincare together make this career path a perfect fit.”
From her first encounter, Sydney was drawn to Knesko’s authenticity and depth. “I was enamored with how genuine the team was. It wasn’t just about making skin look beautiful—the brand represented something deeper. I resonated so much with its spirituality and heart, from the giving-back programs like One Tree Planted and 1% for the Planet, to Lejla’s authentic and inspiring leadership.”
Sydney has been an integral part of major brand launches, including the Green Jade Collection, advanced clinical Face Serums, Body Collection, and the recently launched Mask Meditations. She has worked closely with distributors and partners to ensure brand consistency across regions, including the U.S., Mexico, Caribbean, Australia, Hong Kong, Thailand, South Africa, the UAE, Europe, and the UK.
Global initiatives include leading educational initiatives and supporting team development in Europe and the UK. Sydney will also be representing Knesko as a featured speaker for the second time at the Wellness Summit in Australia later this year, where she will highlight the new meditation experiences. She is also collaborating with the brand’s new clinical trials scientist to develop an advanced educational curriculum launching in 2026.
In addition to leading education worldwide, Sydney personally onboards every new Knesko team member and recently onboarded Suzie Baxter-Green, the new National Sales Director in Australia.
