Building work has begun at the Capella Pedregal resort and residential community in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
The property will comprise a 66-bedroom Capella Resort, a 10,000sq ft (929sq m) Auriga Spa and 31 shared-ownership Capella Residences alongside 20 Capella Casonas, all with views of the Pacific Ocean and Sea of Cortez.
Accessed via a private mountain tunnel linked to downtown Cabo San Lucas, work at Capella Pedregal should be completed by 2008.
