Alila Villas Hadahaa debuts

A US$40m (28.3m euro, £24.2m) villa-based property with a large spa has launched in the Gaafu Alifu (North Huvadhoo) Atoll in the southern Maldives.

The 53,820sq ft (5,000sq m) spa within the Alila Villas Hadahaa will be operated by Mandara Spa and feature five individual spa experience villas as well as six garden pavilions.

Treatments will use Elemis, while interior decor has been sourced from Bali by Mandara Spa and individually customised for the spa. The signature therapy will be a full-body massage called Island Rhythm. Details: alilahotels.com
