Two appointments have been made to strengthen the management team at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Spa in Bahrain, the Middle East.
Martin Kleinmann has been named as hotel manager, responsible for all matters relating to hotel operations, and Danielle Saint-Louis has become the director of human resources.
The Ritz-Carlton group currently has a total of 63 hotels worldwide in 21 countries, including Canada, Chile, China, Egypt, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Korea, the United Arab Emirates and the United States. The group has plans for further expansion in Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas.
Some spas within the Ritz-Carlton hotel portfolio are operated under brands including Six Senses, La Prairie and ESPA. Ritz-Carlton spas will open this year as part of hotels in Beijing and Guangzhou, both in China, and Powerscourt in Ireland.
