The Secrets Maroma Beach resort and spa in south eastern Mexico will open in August.

Situated on the coast of the Yucatan Peninsula, around 30 miles south of Cancun, the all-suite resort boasts 24-hour concierge and room service and is surrounded by coral reefs and white sand.

The 13,000 sq ft (1,200sq m) Secrets Spa will be operated in partnership with spa brand Pevonia and Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun.

Combining hydrotherapy and indigenous treatments, facilities include 10 multifunctional massage suites, Swiss showers, saunas, steamrooms, private showers and relaxing inhalotherapy areas. There will also be a large spa garden as well as a beauty salon.
