International spa design, consulting and management company Blu Spas has launched a comprehensive spa business audit.

Called Blu-Revu, the new service has been designed to aid the owners and operators of resort, hotel and day spas to produce a realistic assessment of their current operation.

The audit will use key performance indicators and benchmarks as well as reviewing existing financial performance levels and evaluating current guest and associate experiences. This will help to create a new business strategy and also show businesses how new resources can be implemented to enhance their success.

There is a considerable experience behind the new audit system as Blu Spas Principals Doug Chambers and Cary Collier have participated in more than 160 projects in 20 countries.
