Mega-resort Baha Mar sold to Chow Tai Fook Enterprises

Hong Kong-based global conglomerate Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Limited (CTFE) – parent
company of Rosewood Hotel Group – has bought the troubled US$3.5bn Bahamian mega-
resort Baha Mar, with plans to open it in phases, starting in April 2017.
