The Fairmont Hotels & Resorts group has introduced a number of new treatments to its luxury Willow Stream Spas collection.
Each spa in the collection – which comprises nine spas around the world – has been designed to reflect its surroundings, from desert to city, and each spa’s treatment menu has been tailored to include local traditions, plants and herbs.
The new therapies include the Cha Chac Rain Ritual at the Fairmont Mayakoba in Mexico. Inspired by Chac, the rain god, the treatment encourages guests to let go and begins with a traditional blessing. A healing body mask is then applied while the client relaxes on the rain table, before a massage application of sage oil.
Other new therapies include the Eco-Chic Body Experience at the latest Willow Stream to open at Fairmont Newport Beach, which features pampering using biodegradable, chemical-free and pure plant essence products used in footbaths, scrubs, massages and facial treatments.
