Green Globe’s template

Green Globe – a global sustainability certification and improvement system – is to develop a new international system for spa operations using spa and resort group Six Senses as its model.

A number of Sector Benchmarking Indicators (SBI) for spa operation will be developed by Green Globe, using the independently verified EarthCheck benchmarking system. Data has been collected from Six Senses spas to set baseline and best practice standards.

The SBIs are intended to be the first eco-label for the global spa industry.
