We want Kaylo to help provide a basis for people to participate in the co-creation of their own health protocols
– Greg Payne
Industry figure, Greg Payne, has revealed details about the upcoming launch of Kaylo – a new online wellness concept.

Founded by wellness visionary Natalie Munk, Kaylo will launch on 5 February as a vibrant digital space offering a 360-degree wellbeing approach, providing weekly classes, workshops, talks, special calendar events and one-to-ones with skilled practitioners.

Payne realised the digital concept for Munk, who initially conceptualised Kaylo three years ago with the vision to find a ‘new way’ to offer wellness.

Drawing on his previous experience as global spa director for Aman, Langham, IHG and Raffles, Payne told Spa Business he came on board to interpret the vision for Kaylo and transform it into an operating concept backed up with financial feasibility.

“We felt it would be possible to provide an offering that appealed to a mindset of people who want to explore, discover and take responsibility for their wellbeing,” he explained.

“We want Kaylo to help provide a basis for people to participate in the co-creation of their own health protocols.”

The platform will offer a host of modalities ranging from yoga and dance to conscious dreaming, herbalism, naturopathy and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Family and community will be central to Kaylo’s philosophy, meaning wellness programming is being designed to include offerings for all ages, even including classes tailored to young children.

“The launch will begin with a focus on scheduled classes and events and then be followed by a gradual rollout of other elements, which, as the content builds, will provide a basis to offer Kaylo’s services via a subscription,” added Payne.

The platform’s long-term business goal is to eventually establish physical country retreats and urban centres that embody Kaylo’s spirit.

“Our concept is driven by a strong vision that bridges ancient wisdom, natural healing therapies and modern medical science,” he concluded, “and we believe that when all of these come together, supported by a like-minded community, healthier and happier lives are possible.”
