Health and wellness month begins at Half Moon

Half Moon’s annual health and wellness month has begun. Taking place throughout August, a team of fitness experts covering topics such as nutrition, muscle conditioning and herbalism have arrived at Half Moon in Jamaica for the resort’s second annual event.

The team of experts includes Canadian mixed martial arts welterweight champion Georges St. Pierre and renowned Jamaican herbalist and pharmacist Dr Diane Robertson. Details: halfmoon.com
