A new private health club, called Exerciseshop, has opened in St Johnswood in London.

Owned and operated by Joe Shepherd and partner Anthony Smith, facilities at the club include a fully-equipped gym and a fitness studio.

The site also has an on-site medical team – including a resident GP and osteopath – and also offers sports massage and nutritional advice to members.

Its signature class is called Cardiovibe, designed for up to eight people combining cardiovascular exercise (spinning, rowing and treadmill) with vibration training.
