Kelly Holmes visits Champneys for Richard & Judy

Olympic gold medal winner Kelly Holmes visited Champneys spa resort in Henlow, Hertfordshire, UK, last week, to put three dieters through their paces for television’s Richard & Judy show.

The three women, who aim to ‘drop a dress size for Christmas’ were put through a special workout in the Champneys studio and gym by Dame Kelly – a former military physical education teacher – and then received treatments in the spa.

The training session, presented by Lowri Turner, was shown on Richard & Judy on 7 December. Details: www.champneys.com
