Lifehouse to open this December

Following a £30m (36.4m euro, US$46.9m) investment, a luxury new destination health spa is nearing completion in Thorpe Hall manor in Thorpe-le-Soken, Essex, UK.

Called Lifehouse, the facility will be located within 135 acres of grounds, including 12 acres of historic, listed gardens.

Lifehouse will open in December 2010 with 100 guest bedrooms as well as 35 treatment rooms. Other facilities comprise a thermal spa area, a swimming pool and an outdoor fitness circuit. Babor products will be used in spa therapies. Details: www.lifehouse.co.uk
