New management team for UK’s Rockcliffe Hall

Following the launch of its new Spa Garden, England’s Rockliffe Hall has announced a new management team for its spa.

Ali Bramwell has taken on the role of spa operations manager, overseeing the spa garden as well as fitness programmes, facilities and general operations. Victoria Lees has become spa manager with overall responsibility for spa guests’ experiences, including spa days, breaks and treatments.

Both Bramwell and Lees have worked at Rockliffe Hall’s spa for more than three years and have been involved with the development plans for the new £1 million spa garden.

In addition, three other members of staff have been promoted: Karen Jennings has been named treatment manager, Ashley Freeman is spa guest service manager and Peter Bell is fitness manager.

“It’s incredible how much Rockliffe Hall’s spa has grown in the last few years – we’re always introducing new experiences and to be part of the team that is responsible for the new Spa Garden is really exciting,” said Bramwell. “I am really looking forward to my new role and what the future holds as we go from strength to strength.”

The spa garden has two outdoor spa pools, under-floor heated decking, a glass-fronted sauna cabin, a fire pit, a water features, landscaped gardens and heated relaxation loungers.

The spa garden is an addition to the hotel’s existing 50,000sq ft (4,645sq m) indoor spa that includes a 20m pool, thermal bathing suites and sound wave therapy beds.

Rockliffe Hall in Darlington is investing approximately £1m in various projects to expand its hospitality and leisure facilities and a portion of those funds will include the creation of a spa garden that will sit adjacent to the existing 13 treatment room wellness centre.

New management team for UK’s Rockcliffe Hall

Following the launch of its new Spa Garden, England’s Rockliffe Hall has announced a new management team for its spa.
