Bridget Phillips has become the director of spa operations at spa management and licensing group Spatality.

Phillips will be primarily responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple international spas and will also play an integral part in the development of new Nectar-branded spa sites. Prior to joining Spatality, Phillips was the spa leader for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Hawaii and French Polynesia regions.

Spatality offers both spa management and a number of spa brands, such as Nectar and Cornelia, that can be licensed to developers on an international basis. Details: spatality.com
