A new £75,000 skatepark offering six multi-featured ramps has opened in central Bolton.

Bolton Council’s executive member for young people and sport, Cllr John Byrne, said: “The skatepark is in a central location where young people can enjoy skateboarding on a purpose-built facility. This significant investment has gone a long way to addressing the needs of skateboarders in a relatively short space of time.”
