Andrea Hurst, a reflexologist who has worked with celebrities including Gwyneth Paltrow, members of the British royal family and other VIPs, is now in residence at the Guerlain Spa at Raffles London at the OWO in London.
Hurst practices reflexology globally and is known for her intuitive, bespoke sessions where she rebalances the body’s internal systems by working through the feet.
Hotel guests and those visiting the spa for the day have access to exclusive tailored treatments delivered by Hurst.
The Guerlain Spa now offers the following on its menu:

Reset: The Grounding RebootThis is a 1-hour treatment costing £265 (~$360, €310). This treatment is designed as a realignment session to alleviate the physical and emotional effects of stress, overwhelm and anxious states.

Restore, Rebalance, EquilibriumWith a price of £400 (US$540, €460) for 1.5 hours, this is a therapy that addresses imbalances across the body’s major systems – nervous, digestive, hormonal and circulatory – using targeted stimulation of corresponding reflex points.

Regeneration: Deep Rebuilding TherapyFor two hours and £530 (US$720, €615), this session is for those seeking a more complete renewal. This treatment is said to be ideal for those recovering from long-term stress, illness or burnout. It will also allow for an exploration of chronic conditions and deeper emotional patterns. Hurst will work with physical and subtle energy fields, guiding the body into a stronger state.

Purification: Full System Detox and ReleaseThis cleansing session lasts three hours and costs £800 (US$1,080, €930). Hurst has designed this therapy to provide deep emotional release, energetic clarity and a complete inner reset. The advanced reflexology techniques employed during this treatment are said to support the lymphatic, digestive and adrenal systems and uplift emotional heaviness.
