Ramside Hall Hotel to partner with ESPA for new spa
POSTED 15 Jan 2015 . BY Helen Andrews
The spa will offer 12 treatment rooms. Other leisure facilities to be developed include a gym, dance studio, hair salon and an Asian-style restaurant and bar
The Ramside Hall Hotel in Durham, UK, which unveiled artistic impressions of spa facilities being added to the estate as part of a £16m investment plan, has announced its spa will stock products and carry out treatments by ESPA.

Set to officially open in May 2015, the spa will feature a range of facilities, including a 25m (82ft) swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, saunas and a range of steamrooms. Plans for the project include an outdoor balcony with an infinity pool, a caldarium and a rasul mud chamber.

The spa will offer 12 treatment rooms. Other leisure facilities to be developed include a gym, dance studio, hair salon and an Asian-style restaurant and bar.

“We did a lot of research before deciding which company to partner with for the spa,” said Anthony Woodhouse, general manager for spa and leisure at Ramside Hall.

Paula Perkins, director of spa development at ESPA International said the new health club at Ramside Hall will “bring a new level of facilities and services to hotel guests, day spa guests and the local community alike and make Ramside Hall a true spa destination.”
