A new spa has opened at the Jimbaran Puri Bali resort, on the Bukit Peninsula in the south of Bali.
The Beach Spa faces the crescent of the beach at Jimbaran Bay and features three Balinese-inspired spa terraces, known as bales.
Other facilities include a double whirlpool relaxation terrace and therapists can provide either beach or poolside Balinese massages.
The spa will offer a range of ayurvedic and other treatments. Its signature package is The Ultimate Spa Journey, a lime footbath which is followed by a citrus body wash and warm stone massage.
Guests enter the resort via a wooden bridge, situated over a lotus lagoon. There are a total of 41 accommodation cottages at Jimbaran, each with a private, stonewalled courtyard.
