The Chatwal New York – located on West 44th Street, Manhattan, US – has unveiled a new 2,400sq ft (223sq m) spa.
Three treatment rooms; three private changing suites with steam shower; a relaxation area; and two saltwater plunge pools are included as part of The Chatwal Spa by Kashwére.
A saltwater lap-pool and a manicure and pedicure room have also been created at the new spa, along with a cardio/strength fitness room.
Savvy Spas was responsible for curating the design of The Chatwal Spa, which aims to complement the Thierry Despont-designed hotel.
Among the products used at the spa is the Intraceuticals oxygen facial treatments; organic lines Swiss Clinical and Spa Technologies; and oils developed by Body Bliss.
Spa director April Greenwood said: "Having the combination of master-class skin and massage therapists, plush Kashwére robes and linens, superior pampering products and bespoke treatments helps us stand out among other Manhattan spas."
Hotel general manager Joel Freyberg added: "Our partnership with Kashwére communicates the commitment we've made to indulge our guests in pure pleasure."
