Trump Spa Tower for Baja peninsula

Details of the second phase of Donald Trump’s development project on the North Baja peninsula in Mexico have been announced.

A second tower development, called the Spa Tower, is to be built at the Trump Ocean Resort, located 30 minutes from San Diego on the West Coast of Mexico.

The Spa Tower will house 182 condominium hotel units and an ocean-view spa, which can be accessed via a floating stone bridge over ponds.

Spa Tower unit owners will be able to enjoy treatments such as massages, sea salt wraps, facials, manicures and pedicures. Other spa facilities will include a relaxation room, single-sex outdoor warm soaking pools, a meditation garden, a steam cave and an outdoor whirlpool tub complete with waterfall effect.

Spa Tower will be developed as a partnership between The Trump Organization and Irongate, a Los Angeles real estate company.
