Macdonald Marine Hotel in north Berwick, Scotland, has opened a new day spa.
Called Vital Spa and Leisure Club, the £2.5m, 1,200sq m (12,900sq ft) facility has seven treatment rooms, a cold therapy room, two steamrooms and saunas, and a relaxation room.
Amenities also include Scotland’s first indoor and outdoor saltwater hydropool.
All treatments at the spa will be provided by Serenity and include stone massages, facials, body scrubs and wraps, waxing and hydrotherapy as well as manicures and pedicures.
The Macdonald Marine Hotel has 83 bedrooms.
