The Carlisle Bay hotel and spa in Antigua is to host two ‘Escape Weeks’ with yoga expert Maya Fiennes.

The first week-long retreat will take place in November with the second event happening on 3-10 May 2008.

Each event will centre on the choice of either a daily morning or afternoon Kundalini yoga class with Fiennes.

Other optional activities featured during the week include three spa treatments at Carlisle Bay’s Blue spa, an evening tennis clinic, dinner, breakfast, afternoon tea and a snorkelling trip with a picnic on the beach.
