Espalier submits planning application for Millendreath spa project

Espalier Developments has submitted a planning application for the construction
of a spa at its planned £50m Millendreath holiday village in Looe, Cornwall, UK.
The developer has already revealed proposals for 150 luxury holiday homes on the
site.
