Carasoin day spa opens in Los Angeles

A new beauty spa has launched in the affluent Beverly Hills area of Los Angeles, US.

Owned and operated by entrepreneur Lena Bratschi, Carasoin spa is being marketed as a "mix of British and Swiss sensibilities", designed to provide a chic and intimate setting.

The spa menu includes massages, stone therapy and a range of facials and skin treatments.

Bratschi said the opening of the spa was a "realisation of a 15-year dream".

Brought up in Switzerland, Bratschi relocated to London, UK to pursue an education in skincare and attained a CIDESCO qualification.

She has previously worked as beauty manager and head therapist at the Joshi Clinic in London as well as head therapist at the CACI flagship clinic in Hampstead, London.
