Partnering with Rodale Institute is a great step on our regenerative journey – Davide Bollati
Beauty grows from the ground up. Starting deep within the soil, beauty stems from this planet and is ours to preserve, protect and nourish.
Over the years, Comfort Zone has fully embraced sustainability and from 2022 this commitment has been taken one step further, with the new European Organic Regenerative Center (EROC), located next to the Comfort Zone Village in Parma, Italy.
Founded in partnership with the Rodale Institute, the 15 hectares dedicated to this project are a hub of regenerative organic farming for scientific research, active ingredient cultivation and education for farmers.
Comfort Zone has chosen to support regenerative organic agriculture for its contribution to climate change mitigation through the revitalisation of soil and carbon sequestration.
"Partnering with Rodale Institute is a great step on our regenerative journey to making the world a more beautiful place through beauty, ethics and sustainability,” said Davide Bollati, Davines group chair.
To further support this regenerative cause, in September, Comfort Zone will launch the We Sustain Beauty Campaign, underpinning the Rodale Institute through the partnership with 1% For the Planet.
This initiative – offered through its spa partners – will include educational opportunities, special promotions for consumers and a limited-edition ‘We stand for regeneration” kit, including travel sizes from Comfort Zone’s Sacred Nature – the brand’s Ecocert-certified collection with ingredients grown via regenerative organic agriculture.
