Set amidst Sardinia’s wild beauty and sun-drenched hills, Synergy – The Retreat Show is in one of the world’s blue zones for its 2025 edition.

Wellness is a way of life in this ancient land of longevity, where health is cultivated through natural daily movement, close-knit communities, plant-based meals and a deep sense of purpose passed on through the generations. Elders are revered, tradition is alive and wellness is woven into everyday rhythms.

This year’s theme – The Role of the Arts in Healing – resonates powerfully in Italy, where creativity is both part of its cultural heritage and a healing practice.

From traditional music and handwoven textiles, to poetry and sacred festivals – artistic expression is medicine for the soul. It nurtures emotional, spiritual and communal well-being. This living thread of creativity and culture makes Sardinia an extraordinary setting for transformation.

Rooted in the legacy of its Nuragic civilisation and enriched by mineral springs, myrtle-scented air and clear coastlines, Sardinia offers more than beauty: it offers a sanctuary. Participants can experience this wisdom through Synergy Immersions, a one-day or three-day retreat, wrapping around the main event. It offers space for personal and professional transformation.
