A new purpose-built club dedicated exclusively to yoga, wellbeing and pilates is to open in Beckenham, Kent, UK, in August 2009.
Called Breathe, the club has been co-created by Claire Dunphy and Nick Clarke who both have more than 20 years experience in the fitness industry.
Offering a complete range of yoga disciplines, Breathe will feature both hot and traditional yoga classes and is intended to be an alternative to more frenetic gym exercise. Other forms of yoga offered will include Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga and Kundalini.
Designed to promote a sense of wellbeing, Breathe will also offer a range of spa therapies in its treatment rooms including homeopathy, acupuncture, osetopathy, Thai massage, reiki and chiropody. Details: breatheyoga.uk.com
