PAR Springer Miller Systems has developed a new version of SpaSoft spa management software - version 3.3.0.
Its features include point of sale discounts per day of the week; the ability to add and track promotional products on retail product sales as well as activities; customisable marketing opt-in/opt-out selections; access to detailed summaries of guest purchases directly within the guest module; customisable reports favourites menu and new reports.
Features available for the Premium and Elite spa software editions include reservations which can be submitted as a group, saving time and reducing the number of booking steps.
The SpaSoft Elite edition includes additional loyalty program configurations for loyalty points based on payment type; support for multiple automatic appointment reminder (AAR) templates and yield management configuration for activity availability limits by main guest type. Module specific enhancements include set limits on members’ participant visits.
SpaSoft will be holding its SpaSoft Users Group (SUG) conference for users of its software and Activity Management System at the American Club Resort in Wisconsin, US, in November and registration is now open.
