ResortSuite streamlines the management of multiple areas of operation
ResortSuite provides highly integrated software solutions to leading spa, hotel/resort, and club operations around the world.

Its unique niche is 'horizontally complex' operations that offer more than just a single service to a guest - like a hotel room or a simple spa service. ResortSuite streamlines the management of multiple areas of operation including spa, accommodations, classes, activities, golf, dining, membership, food and beverage, and more.

There are many individual providers in each single area of an operation including property management systems, spa, club, golf, retail, F&B and catering. These systems can deliver adequate functionality, but struggle to support a cohesive guest experience or - just as importantly today - a single, streamlined online booking experience for everything a property offers.

Champneys is a brand that is synonymous with luxury health and wellness experiences. By implementing ResortSuite in 2012, Champneys was able to eliminate ten systems and seven separate customer databases to support their multi-site operations including PMS, Spa/Activities, Retail, and Club (membership). The solution was deployed in a centralised, private cloud environment and serves their four Health Resorts and eight Day Spas with a single, company-wide database.

Each of ResortSuite's nine core modules are considered best in class, and are fully integrated with one another, providing a single view of the guest from anywhere on property.

When you have this level of integration, not only are guest experiences more personalised on property, but off property as well. Champneys also deployed ResortSuite WEB, allowing their guests the ability to define their own experience and book rooms, spa services, and purchase gift certificates online, anywhere, anytime.
