The new Elemis Biotec facials - clinically-proven, dramatic results after just one treatment
26 Feb 2014 . BY Dean Fox
 /
“The launch of the Elemis Biotec facial marks a turning point for Elemis,” says Noella Gabriel, director of new product and treatment development at the company. “Today’s consumers want more from their treatments – they want the fast, visible results that Biotec delivers. Independent clinical trials found this new facial dramatically reduces the depth of fine lines and wrinkles by 68 per cent after just one treatment.”*

When it came to developing Biotec, Elemis carried out in-depth research which established that combining three stimuli – actives, touch and technology – made it possible to deliver immediate, visible and longer-lasting results.

At the heart of the Biotec facials are new, high-potency actives which provide a complex combination of powerful plant actives, peptides, anti-oxidants and essential oils, which have been formulated to penetrate deep into the skin.

To enhance the treatments, the actives are combined with Elemis Skin Lift Touch to harness the power of hands-on therapy, by helping to soften and prepare the skin. This improves its functionality and enables it to ‘receive’ the actives more effectively.

The final element of these facials is the use of five-in-one advanced bio-electric technology, which works in synergy with the skin’s natural bio-electric field.

“I’ve spent two years developing Biotec with experts across the world,” continues Gabriel, “The resulting, multi-functional treatments combine scientific expertise with the very best of our hands-on therapy. This creates a whole new technological experience which offers a treatment I genuinely believe delivers the best of both worlds.”

Boost your business with Biotec

Elemis says introducing Biotec allows spas to seamlessly bridge the gap between hands-on clients and those considering cosmetic or non-invasive procedures, because the ‘five technologies in one’ machine delivers dynamic skincare results with long-term benefits, giving spas the ability to target clients’ specific skin needs.

There’s a menu of seven supercharged facials available and Biotec facial courses can be tailored to deliver skin solutions for clients to ensure repeat bookings.

”Biotec will attract clients who’ve never entertained the idea of working with Elemis before,” says Gabriel, “100 per cent of women surveyed said there was a visible and dramatic reduction in lines and wrinkles after only one treatment.** Biotec offers a new generation of facials which deliver outstanding, measurable results for your clients and your business.”
