Skincare company Dermalogica has unveiled a range of signature professional Thermal Body Therapy Treatments.
All are centred around keeping the body in a warm, thermoneutral state both for comfort and to increase the benefits of the products.
The company has also developed 'thermal touch techniques' which are further designed to enhance the effect of the treatments.
All the products contain a blend of three Asian herbs noted for their warming and soothing properties - Japanese wasabi root, tropical Asian ginger and white tea extract - and are formulated to address specific skin conditions.
Available are Body Microfoliant, for gentle exfoliation and smoothing; Power Recovery Pack, for nourishing, hydrating and conditioning; Thermal Heat Activator, a self-heating powder which works in contact with water; Clean Massage Oil Base, a massage product conditioning olive fruit and grape seed oil; and Energising Oil Professional Strength, a blend of essential oils to help energise and detoxify the body.
Also part of the collection are Stress Relief Oil Professional Strength created to help alleviate stress and soothe both body and psyche; Thermal Stamp, a combination of key Thermal Body Therapy products aimed at heating, detoxifying and remineralising the skin and intended for use in conjunction with a series of specific massage movements; and Enzymatic Sea Mud Pack, a seaweed and mineral-based powder which enhances detoxification whilst nourishing and smoothing the skin.
Dermalogica products are only available in appointed skin centres on the recommendation of a qualified skin therapist.
