Peter G Rice joins Universal Companies Board

Peter G Rice has joined the board of directors at spa products and services supplier Universal Companies.

Rice is chair of Elk Run LLC, a private investment company, and was the co-founder of Plow & Hearth, a home and garden retailer.

Speaking about the appointment, Marti Morenings, Universal Companies chair, commented: "We are very pleased that Peter has joined our board. His knowledge and experience will be invaluable." Details: universalcompanies.com
